Dogs must be fully vaccinated and the certificates shown upon arrival.

Whilst your dog is at Doggy Dayz any photos taken can be published on the website, Facebook and Instagram

All dogs must be wormed and de-flead regularly.

​

All dogs must be sociable.

​

Dogs that show any signs of aggression will not be accepted.

​

Puppies will only be accepted from 12 weeks and after vaccination’s.

​

Any belongings left with dogs (i.e. leads, toys etc.) are left at the dog owner’s risk.

​

Dogs must be kept on a lead during drop-off & pick-up.

​

Dog collars must be worn and fitted with an identity disk.

​

We provide treats, however any other food required during day care must be provided (i.e. lunch).

​

Any medicines will be given as per instructions to animals staying with us.

​

Dogs that attend any Doggy Dayz services are purely at the owner’s own risk.

Any cancellation of a booking requires 24 hours notice, if this notice isn't given a cancellation fee of 50% of the full value of the service booked will be charged.

In the unfortunate event of an emergency you will be contacted and Doggy Dayz will take your dog to a veterinary of your choice, if we are unable to make contact with you we will take your dog to Robson & Prescott (Morpeth).  All charges incurred must be paid by the dog owner, including transport, veterinary and treatment fees.

 

It is emphasised that whilst every care and attention is given, we will not accept responsibility for ill health, injury or death.
